After a series of acquisitions and rapid growth, Blue Cypress sought to formalize the accounting governance, controls, procedures, reporting, and KPI’s for its 10+ entities and 150+ employees.

Developed import lists for all subsidiaries for CoA’s, Customers, Vendors, Trial Balances, AR Aging, and AP Aging for ERP migration and established User Privileges and conducted end user training. Velo also provided Outsourced Accounting Department functions, including daily transaction categorization, AR & AP Management, API & Integration Management, monthly close procedures, and management reporting.
